Local School Districts Shine

Niche website ranked California school districts and it is not surprising that two local school districts came in the top 30.

Acalanes Union High School District includes Acalanes, Campolindo, Miramonte and Las Lomas high schools and serves much of the Lafayette, Moraga, Canyon, Orinda and Walnut Creek communities. Educating the youth from grades 9-12 and boasting an extensive adult education program helped propel this district to the top ten. Talented and passionate teachers and staff as well as strong parent participation and support create some of the highest performing schools in California.

San Ramon Valley Unified School District serves Alamo, Danville, Blackhawk, Diablo, San Ramon and pockets Walnut Creek and Pleasanton. An incredible 36 schools create one of the largest districts in the state and have comprehensive programs starting from transitional kindergarten through 12th grade.
